Thanks for reporting this and sincere apologies!
It appears somehow Gumroad breaks the zip archive when uploading the app (it works fine for me before uploading but when I download again from Gumroad I also hit this). I am looking into ways to work around this and will post another quick update soon 😊

Hi again, I think I got it working again now (see latest post/email or just head to the download section where the working version 1.5 is now available). Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks again for bringing this to my attention so quickly 🙏
